Shipping & Delivery

All autographed items are shipped by default through First Class Air Mail for FREE. Usual transit times to America are 2-3 weeks. If you live in Europe, normally you should receive your package within 1-2 weeks. Items sent to Australia/Asia average a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Note all these shipment times are just estimates. We have no control over the postal service. You should expect some delays during the Holiday Season. Registered/insured/EMS packages have a tracking number you can check online in your local postal service website (where appliable).

Master Collectors, LLC. also may maintain log files which contain IP addresses. An IP address is a numeric address that may be assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. In the event of user abuse of our websites, however, we may block certain IP addresses or console IDs provided by our licensed hardware manufacturers. Returns & Replacements

Purchaser has a 14-Day Return privilege. This 14-Day Return period starts at the time merchandise is delivered to purchaser. Reason for the returning of goods is not required from purchaser, who can request a refund less postage costs*.

Please contact us for an authorization (RMA) number before returning merchandise: (No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number).

Every item is cataloged with the intent of accuracy. In the event of an inadequately description of item, such item must be returned within fourteen days of receipt. A store credit will be issued in the case of an unresolved dispute over condition.

*If any substantial defect, not described at GoAutographs, is found by the purchaser, item/s will be returned within the 14-Day Return privilege for a full refund or store credit which will include original shipping costs paid by purchaser.

GoAutographs is not liable for consequential damages or damages caused while merchandise is in transit. Insurance is always provided as an option during check-out prior to completion of purchase.

Each signed item is unconditionally guaranteed genuine without time limit. Should an item be declared to be "not authentic", original purchaser must supply the written opinion of, at least, one competent graphologist or a certified signature examiner. The examination of the item in question must be done physically. Evaluations over the internet, scans or photos are not acceptable.

We will refund the purchase price after documentation has been submitted and merchandise has been returned without damage or manipulation. A copy of the original invoice will be required. The purchaser's only remedy under this guarantee is the cancellation of the sale and the refund of the purchase price.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Evaluation cannot be a standard rejection form letter used by dealers you may intent to buy from.

How do I search for a product?

To the top of any page you will find a search box. From here you can search for movie-, music-, and television-posters, and all our products. The search engine will automatically find all products related to they keywords you enter into the search field. For instance, if you are looking for any products about "James Bond", simply enter that into the search field and hit enter on your keyboard.

The more information you enter into the search field, the more precise results you will get. For instance if you are looking for products related to a specific movie title, try typing in for example "James Bond Goldeneye". You can also search for many of our products by searching for the directors or actors name, for instance "Ridley Scott". To do so, click on "advanced search" and enter the celebrity name in the "description" field.

I cannot find the product I am looking for.

The product you are looking for is most likely sold out or not in or stock. Please contact our support department for inquries about the item.

How do I remove a product from my Shopping Cart?

Go to your Shopping Cart, then tick the box next to each product you want to remove. Click "Update Cart" to remove the selected products.

How do I cancel an order once I have completed it?

Contact our support department about cancelling your order. Please add the order number or any other related information about your order to the contact form to expedite your request. Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal and Credit Cards (Mastercard and VISA). Credit card charges will appear on your statement as Master Collectors, LLC.

How do I use my Coupon Code?

You can enter your Coupon Code during the checkout process. When you are on the first page of the checkout process that reads "Your Details", you will see the section "Do you have a promotional code or discount coupon?". Before entering your code, make sure you have selected a Shipping and Payment Method first. When you have done that, enter your code exactly as it said in the promotion, then click "continue". You will be taken to the "Order Confirmation" page where you will see your discount applied.

Viewing Orders

Make sure you are logged in to the site, then click on "My Account". At the top of this page, you will see your latest orders with the current status. Click on "View" to get more information about your order.

Updating Account Information

You can correct or update your account information at any time by logging on our site and navigating to "My Account," "View My Profile" or other account settings. Should you be unable to log in or wish to have your account(s) deactivated, contact us at We will be happy to review, update or remove information as appropriate. We may still retain your information in our files however, to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreement, and due to technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our websites.

I have forgotten my password, how do I get it back?

Click on Log In at the top of this page and then click on "Forgot Your Password?". Fill in the Email Address you used when creating your account in order to get your password sent to you.
