Returns & Replacements

Purchaser has a 14-Day Return privilege. This 14-Day Return period starts at the time merchandise is delivered to purchaser. Reason for the returning of goods is not required from purchaser, who can request a refund less postage costs*.

Please contact us for an authorization (RMA) number before returning merchandise: customers@goautographs.com (No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number).

Every item is cataloged with the intent of accuracy. In the event of an inadequately description of item, such item must be returned within fourteen days of receipt. A store credit will be issued in the case of an unresolved dispute over condition.

*If any substantial defect, not described at GoAutographs, is found by the purchaser, item/s will be returned within the 14-Day Return privilege for a full refund or store credit which will include original shipping costs paid by purchaser.

GoAutographs is not liable for consequential damages or damages caused while merchandise is in transit. Insurance is always provided as an option during check-out prior to completion of purchase.

Each signed item is unconditionally guaranteed genuine without time limit. Should an item be declared to be "not authentic", original purchaser must supply the written opinion of, at least, one competent authority. The examination of the item in question must be done in person. Evaluations over the internet, scans or photos are not acceptable.

We will refund the purchase price after documentation has been submitted. The purchaser's only remedy under this guarantee is the cancellation of the sale and the refund of the purchase price.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Evaluation cannot be a standard rejection form letter used by dealers you intent for buy from.

The placing of an order constitutes knowledge of and acceptance of the above Terms of Returns and Refunds.
